Not posted much on here since I started but I have a very good excuse, I've been poorly. Woke up on Saturday morning with a really bad throat that just got worse and worse and developed into a full blown cold over the week-end. Today is the first day that I have felt a bit human ! Throat is soooo much better but I've still got a nasty cough.

Did a bit of crafting though to keep me from feeling sorry for myself. I took this picture of Charlie on his 1st birthday last week so it's a record for me to get a page scrapped in such a short time span as actually taking the photo.

I also took a beautiful photo of Emily a couple of weeks ago too. I changed it to B & W in Photoshop Elements and this is the resulting LO

I'm being kept quite busy today. There's a Grandparents day at my grand-daughters school.
I've just been up for an hour visiting the nursery unit to play with Molly. Had a lovely time and we all had a small bunch of flowers from the children and were taken to the staff room for a cup of coffee and a biscuit before we left. I'm now going back as there's the main school assembly at 1.30 and Emily's class is doing a dance display.
Last night I started a 6 x 6 mini blank baby scrapbook for my stall at the craft fayre I'm going to a week on Sunday. I had already made a girl one and so many people admired it but didn't know whether the expected baby was going to be a boy or girl, so I've made this one in yellow & pale turqouise -a neutral coloured one. I should get it finished later today so I'll post pics tomorrow for you all to see.

This blogging is very new to me but I thought I would have a go. Everyone seem to have a blog nowadays, so I thought, why not me?
It will be a place to post my cards and scrapbooking layouts and the odd photograph or two if they're good enough for public viewing !!

I'll start off today with a baby card that I did yesterday for the challenge over at BBTB.It was to use the Elephant from the Zooballoo Cricut Cart. Have you been over there, the link is on the right, well worth a visit, there's some absolutely fantastic cards being made by the ladies on there.
